In any event, no suggestion is subject to confidentiality, and Yoplait Liberté Canada Cie assumes no express or enforceable obligation in considering it. Without limitation, Yoplait Liberté Canada Cie will be the exclusive owner of all rights now known or hereafter devised in all suggestions of any kind and will have the right to use the comments without restriction for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the suggestions.
